How do I get the voucher?
Right after payment, you'll get a PDF voucher with a code by email. You can print it or give it on your phone. You can also add a printed voucher in a gift envelope to your order for €9.90.
How do I choose a flight date?
At rezervacie.lietaj.me enter the code from your voucher and choose an available date. We mostly fly Friday to Sunday; you can book no later than the day before.
What if the weather is bad?
In strong wind, rain or low cloud, we reschedule the flight to another date free of charge. If you're not sure, call the day before the flight at +421 950 220 220.
How many people can fly?
The price is per aircraft. The Cessna 172 and Commander 114 take up to 3 passengers for the same price; the other aircraft take 1 passenger.
Can children fly too?
Yes, from age 10. A child flies accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
How long is the voucher valid, and what if I don't make it in time?
12 months, or 24 months for a €30 surcharge. You can extend the validity by 6 months for €29 or by 12 months for €49 – voucher extension.
I have a Zľavomat voucher – how do I use it?
You book your date the same way at rezervacie.lietaj.me; you enter the code from the portal when booking. Validity and extensions follow the portal's terms.
What will the others do while I fly?
At the airfield there is Letisko Restaurant overlooking the runway and the Tatras, a children's playground with climbing frames and free parking. You can watch take-offs and landings right from the restaurant.
Are there any health restrictions?
If you have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, epilepsy or a blood clotting disorder, talk to your doctor before the flight. For questions about age or weight, give us a call.
