Providing the data needed for an order is a contractual requirement – without it we cannot process the order. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects.
3. Who we share data with
We share data only to the extent necessary with these recipients (processors or independent controllers):
- Websupport s.r.o. (Slovakia) – website and email hosting,
- Comgate, a.s. (Czech Republic) – payment gateway (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay); card details are processed only by the gateway, we never see them,
- the operator of the booking system rezervacie.lietaj.me – flight date booking,
- Slovenská pošta, a.s. (Slovak Post) – delivery of printed vouchers,
- external accounting firm and tax advisor – bookkeeping,
- Google Ireland Ltd. – Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads (only with consent),
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. – Meta Pixel (only with consent),
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. – Microsoft Clarity (only with consent),
- Anthropic, PBC (USA) – processing of messages in the Aira chat; Aira is an AI assistant, not a human; please do not enter sensitive data in the chat,
- public authorities where required by law (e.g. tax office, Transport Authority, SOI).
Transfers to third countries (USA) rely on EU standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
4. Cookies
We always use necessary cookies (cart, security, storing your cookie choice). Others only with your consent in the cookie bar, which you can change or withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer (Section 109 of Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on Electronic Communications).

Google Consent Mode v2: without consent, no analytics or advertising cookies are stored; Google may receive only anonymous signals without identifiers.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest and the right to withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it). Send your request to rezervacie@lietaj.me; we will handle it without undue delay, within 1 month at the latest.
If you believe the processing breaches the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
