How do I book a date?
Go to rezervacie.lietaj.me, enter the code from your PDF voucher and pick an available date. You can book up to the day before at the latest. If you want to fly today, call +421 950 220 220.
My voucher is about to expire and I can't make it. What can I do?
You can extend its validity online by 6 months for €29 or by 12 months for €49 – voucher validity extension. You can do this up to 90 days after it expires. Your original code stays valid.
Where can I see how long my voucher is valid?
The expiry date is shown on the PDF voucher you received by email. If you can't find it, email rezervacie@lietaj.me with your order number or the email address you used to buy it.
Can children fly too?
Yes, from the age of 10. Children fly accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
What if the weather is bad on the day of my flight?
The pilot makes the call. In strong wind, rain or low cloud, we'll move your flight to another date free of charge – we'll get in touch the day before.
I need to change or cancel my booked date.
Email rezervacie@lietaj.me or call +421 950 220 220 (Mon – Fri 9:00 – 18:00) as soon as possible, ideally at least 24 hours in advance.
I have a voucher from Zľavomat.
